The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the VEO camera and its tripod can be properly installed at the match venues specified in the contracted pack. If installation is not possible due to reasons beyond ELEVATE Football's control (refusal by the venue, physical limitations of the facility, etc.), ELEVATE Football shall not be responsible for the failure to record the match concerned, and no refund will be issued.
If one or more players included in the contracted pack are not selected or do not play in the matches specified in the pack, ELEVATE Football will provide those players with only the full match video, without individual clips or personalised analysis. This situation will not entitle the client to any financial compensation or rescheduling of the service.
The person making the booking expressly authorises ELEVATE Football to record, process and retain the videos of the players included in the pack in its own archives and systems, for the period determined by ELEVATE Football in accordance with its internal policies. This authorisation includes the use of such materials for service improvement, internal training and product demonstration purposes, always anonymously or with the prior consent of the person concerned.
ELEVATE Football will deliver the material (videos, individual clips and analysis reports) via temporary download links (e.g. WeTransfer, Ydray or similar platforms). The client is responsible for downloading and saving the material before the link expires. ELEVATE Football will retain the videos and reports in its own archives for a period of 12 months from the delivery date, after which they may be deleted without prior notice.
The 4-match pack material will be delivered progressively according to the following schedule:

Clients who book the Premium pack will receive, in addition to all Basic pack content, the following additional services:
- The service will be activated once a minimum of 6 registered players per group has been reached.
- ELEVATE Football reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, notifying clients through official channels.
